Plans
- 500 PHP Monthly
– ideal for the avid gym-goer who works out at least 4 days a week - 600 PHP per 12 Sessions
– does not expire; perfect for busy individuals not sure whether they can consistently workout at least 3 days a week - 60 PHP Walk-in
– unlimited gym use for a day
Boxing / Kickboxing Training
- At least one hour of closely supervised training from a experienced boxing/kickboxing trainer
- Includes bagwork, focus mitts or pads, partner drills, footwork drills, strength & conditioning, stretching, and sparring techniques
Plans
- 800 PHP per 12 Sessions
– An agreement on preferred training schedule should be made between trainee and trainer - 80 PHP Walk-in
– Recommended for individuals who desire to have boxing action when they feel like it
Grappling / MMA Training
- At least one hour of closely supervised training from a experienced grappling/MMA trainer
- Grappling Techniques are Tumbatsu™ based (combination of catch wrestling and jiu-jitsu principles)
- Includes general stand-up/striking training, grappling drills, takedowns and set-ups, self-defense, submission locks and chokes, competition training, point and submission rolling.

Plans
